1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 779bet ("779bet", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 779bet.bar and any associated sub-pages, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the 779bet Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Platform if doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 779bet account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 779bet may void all bonuses and winnings associated with the duplicate accounts and close them without prior notice.
4. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Personal Use Only: Your 779bet account is for your personal use only. You may not operate your account on behalf of any other person or allow any other person to use your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 779bet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and all associated payment activity.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

779bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of each promotion. The general bonus terms below apply to all 779bet promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

1. Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to eligible 779bet account holders who have satisfied all applicable verification requirements. 779bet reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
3. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within the stated expiry period will be removed from the player's account automatically.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome bonus or deposit match bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
5. Abuse Prevention: 779bet monitors bonus activity closely. Any account found to be exploiting bonus offers, engaging in bonus abuse, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements will have all bonuses voided and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
6. Seasonal Promotions: Promotional offers tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are subject to their own specific terms published at the time the promotion is launched. General bonus terms apply where no specific term addresses a particular matter.
7. Right to Withdraw Promotions: 779bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered by eligible players at the time of the change.

5. Responsible Gaming Obligations

779bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following terms set out the responsible gaming obligations applicable to all players and the tools 779bet provides to support responsible play.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 779bet Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently terminated, all balances and bonuses forfeited, and legal action taken where appropriate.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money laundering or any activity that 779bet reasonably suspects is connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Collusion with other players in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in poker, coordinating bets to exploit bonus offers, or any other form of cooperative cheating.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological means designed to provide an unfair advantage or automate play in any game or betting market.
• Exploitation of technical errors, software bugs, or system faults to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims filed with a payment provider without first contacting 779bet customer support to resolve the matter. Fraudulent chargeback activity will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at 779bet staff, support agents, or other players.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your registered account.

7. Intellectual Property & Platform Content

All content on the 779bet Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 779bet or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 779bet.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective studio and is used on the 779bet Platform under licence. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any rights in or to the intellectual property of any third-party game provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 779bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other pecuniary loss, even if 779bet has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

779bet's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player into their 779bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 779bet makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 779bet will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where reasonably practicable.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

779bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to maintain the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• A player's voluntary self-exclusion request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) or more months, subject to applicable dormant account notification requirements.
• Any regulatory, compliance, or legal reason that requires 779bet to restrict access to the Platform in a particular jurisdiction or for a particular user.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation period, subject to 779bet's anti-fraud and KYC obligations.

10. Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

Amendments: 779bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Agreement will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 779bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
